The Morrison employs 97 people, including 30 registered and licensed practical nurses who perform assessments and treatments; four MNAs, who are licensed medication nursing assistants; and 31 LNAs, who provide hands-on care. The Morrison has 57 long-term care and skilled nursing beds and 24 assisted living beds, and offers comprehensive long- and short-term nursing care, rehabilitation care, social services, recreational activities and therapy in a homelike environment.

Board of Trustees

 Brian Fogg
Brian Fogg, Chair

Mr. Fogg is a certified general appraiser and a New Hampshire Certified Property Assessor Supervisor with 11 years professional experience appraising public utility and special-purpose properties in several states. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Granite State College/University of New Hampshire. Brian is also a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Germany from 1976 to 1978. In addition to Brian’s recent involvement with the Morrison Hospital Association, he is a past chairman of the White Mountains Regional School Board; past member of the Lancaster Zoning Board of Appeals; past board member of the Weeks Hospital Association; and a past board member of the Coos and Essex Agricultural Society (Lancaster Fair).

Robert Fink, Vice Chair

Mr. Fink held positions at Weeks Medical Center as a Departmental Director and Resource Development & Planning Coordinator prior to his retirement. He has served on numerous boards during his career including the Lancaster Rotary Club, the Northern NH Charitable Foundation, the NHCF Neil & Louise Tillotson Fund, and Northern Human Services. He is a member of the Facilities Committee.

Kendra Bell, CPA, Partner, Crane & Bell CPAs
Kendra Bell, Tresurer

Ms. Bell is a partner in the firm Crane & Bell, PLLC. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Society of CPAs. Active in her community, Kendra enjoys participating in local organizations, including as a member of Lancaster Rotary Club. Ms. Bell serves on the Finance Committee.

Elaine Dana

Elaine Dana is a native New Yorker. She taught English and drama on Long Island and in NC and served in an administrative capacity for schools and theatre companies. Since 1982, when she met David Dana, she has been a part of the Whitefield community, serving on boards for the WMRSS, the WMGC, and the Littleton Regional Hospital.

Mr. Shearer is an agency principal of GMS Financial Services, a subsidiary of Geo. M. Stevens & Son Co.  He has been with the agency since 1995, handling the life and health insurance lines for four agency locations while specializing in employee benefit programs.  He and his family live in Lancaster where he has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including past president and current treasurer of the Lancaster Rotary Club, the Lancaster Snowdrifters, the Lancaster Congregational Church and current treasurer of the Col. Town Investment Committee for the Town of Lancaster.

Donna Laurent

Donna Laurent is a resident of Jefferson, NH, her business experience is in Marketing and Communications. Since 2005, she has had her own Independent Marketing & Promotional Business working in conjunction with Kaeser & Blair.  Previously she served as the Marketing Manager for the Maine Office of Tourism, and prior to that was the Director of Advertising and Promotions: Marketing Communications, at Arrow Electronics in New York.  She serves on several local boards and is a volunteer for CASA of New Hampshire.


The Morrison is governed by a Board of Trustees with experience and expertise in health care, finance, and management. It has overall responsibility for the charitable, clinical practice, and educational mission and purposes of The Morrison.
